ST6-M1

The ST-6M1 is a high-performance sequential timing controller from Electronic Automation Pvt Ltd (EAPL) designed for multi-step automation sequences. With six independent channels, each channel can be assigned an ON-time and OFF-time in sequence, enabling controlled startup/shutdown of multiple loads in a fixed order. This makes the ST-6M1 ideal for applications such as motor control, fans/blowers, pump sequencing, dust-collection systems, air-handling units and other systems where loads must come online or go offline in a staged manner. 

Key Features:

• Six independent output channels: The timer progresses from CH1 through CH6, applying each channel’s ON and OFF times sequentially.

• Wide time-range: From 0.1 seconds up to 99 hours, 59 minutes for each ON/OFF period — giving flexibility from very short pulses to long duration intervals. 

• Supply voltage variant: 85-270 V AC/DC (depending on version) — supports broad industrial control system voltages. 

• Selectable operation mode: Single-cycle (stop after channel 6) or cyclic (auto-wrap-around to channel 1) via external link C1-C2.

• Power-failure behaviour selection:

  • HOLD mode—timing resumes from where it left off

  • RESTART mode—sequence returns to channel 1 or waits for start signal after power restoration. 

• External controls: Start signal (S1-S2) triggers the sequence; time-pause input (I1-I2) allows temporary halt of timing with relay status maintained. 

• Feedback output: Cycle complete output (O1-O2) available at end of one full sequence in single-cycle mode. 

Applications:

• Sequential startup of multiple motors or heavy loads to prevent large inrush current by staging each start.

• Automating processes where one load must complete its operation (ON-time + OFF-time) before the next begins.

• Control panels in dust-collection or ventilation systems where fan banks or blower groups must be activated in sequence.

• Retrofitting automation into older switch-gear or control cabinets with clear channel sequencing logic.
